I’m waiting to welcome you into my studio with welcome arms, just like you’re waiting to welcome your newborn earthside. It’s best to book your newborn session while you’re still carrying bub in your tum, with the ideal time to capture those first moments when they’re still sleepy, curled up and between 5 and 14 days old.

We make a tentative booking based on your due date, where I’ll deliver a preparation guide to help you ease into your shoot. Inside, it includes everything you need to know to feel ready to bring your newborn into my studio and capture their very first moments. Then, I wait to hear the life changing news of your little one’s arrival and we’ll finalise a date and time for you to come in for your shoot.

You then leave the rest to me. Simply turn up at my doorstep and I’ll have my studio warm, cosy and ready to capture your newborn’s first moments on this earth.

When should I book my newborn session?

While you're still pregnant! I work from your due date to make a tentative booking, then we lock in the date once bub arrives. Sessions are ideally held in the first couple of weeks, when newborns are still sleepy and curled up, so the earlier you enquire, the better.


Where are newborn sessions held?
In my home studio in Officer, in Melbourne's South East. It's warm, cosy and set up to keep your newborn comfortable and settled throughout the session.


How long does a newborn session take?
Sessions range from 45 minutes up to 2 hours, depending on the package. We never rush — bub sets the pace.


How much does a newborn photography session cost?
Sessions start from $447. Packages range up to $1,397 and include options for siblings, parents and hardcover albums. Full pricing is listed above.


How many photos will I receive?
Depending on your package, you'll receive between 5 and 50 professionally edited digital images. There's always the option to upgrade and purchase additional images too.


Do you include siblings and parents?
Absolutely — most packages include siblings and parents. It's one of my favourite parts of a newborn session.


How do I prepare for my session?
Once you book, I'll send you a full preparation guide covering everything — what to wear, & what to bring.  You just need to show up at my door.
